Recently, our company’s new generation of gas heat treatment furnaces successfully completed manufacturing and passed full-system commissioning. Drawing on years of industrial furnace design experience, this equipment has been optimized and upgraded around three core objectives: 'Efficient Heating, Precise Temperature Control, and Energy-Saving Operation.' It is widely applicable to processes such as annealing, normalizing, tempering, and aging treatment of metal components.
This gas-fired box-type heat treatment furnace utilizes a high-efficiency combustion system with precise gas-to-air ratios, ensuring complete combustion and rapid heating. The uniform temperature distribution within the furnace effectively prevents localized over-burning or under-burning, significantly enhancing the consistency and yield rate of heat-treated workpieces.
