Recently, a large bogie hearth resistance furnace independently designed and manufactured by our company has successfully completed overall system commissioning and pre-shipment inspection, and has been formally loaded and shipped to the customer's site.
The effective working size of the furnace chamber is 13000mmx1800mmx 1800mm. This is a typical heavy-duty, large-size electric heating heat treatment furnace, primarily used for the integral heat treatment of large structural parts, welded components, and heavy machinery parts.
This shipped bogie hearth resistance furnace utilizes resistance heating. Combined with a rational arrangement of heating elements and a multi-zone independent temperature control design, the device can effectively enhance temperature uniformity within the furnace, meeting the requirements of various heat treatment processes such as annealing, tempering, normalizing, and stress relief.
In terms of furnace lining structure, the bogie hearth resistance furnace employs an energy-saving composite lining structure, which is a combination of lightweight refractory materials and high-efficiency insulation layers. This structure features low heat storage, fast heating speed, and low heat loss, effectively reducing equipment operational energy consumption and improving overall thermal efficiency.
- Efficient Air Circulation: The furnace is equipped with an efficient circulating fan system. Through the optimally designed hot air diversion structure, a uniform and stable circulating flow field is formed within the furnace chamber. This effectively reduces temperature differences, ensures overall consistency of large workpieces during the heating and holding stages, and provides a reliable guarantee for the quality of workpiece heat treatment.
- Automation: The equipment is configured with a PLC automatic control system and a touch screen Human-Machine Interface (HMI). It supports multi-segment setting of heating, constant temperature, and holding curves. The temperature control uses PID regulation to effectively suppress temperature inertia and achieve precise temperature control.
The bogie (hearth) adopts a heavy-duty structure and a high-temperature resistant rail system, effectively reducing manual labor intensity and increasing production efficiency. The furnace door features a reliable sealing structure design, which effectively reduces heat leakage and further enhances the energy-saving performance of the equipment.
