Purpose of the equipment: Large bogie-hearth natural gas heating furnace series GT uses natural gas as heating medium, and the operating temperature of the equipment is 300 -1350.
At low-temperature heating below 800, the equipment is used for annealing large-sized products;
When heated to an average temperature range of 800-1050, the furnace is mainly used for quenching and tempering of various workpieces.
When the equipment is heated at 1200 °C, it is mainly used for heating steel ingots and heating before billet forging.
This bogie hearth furnace is equipped with an efficient auxiliary ignition air regenerative method and combustion control system. The system consists mainly of furnace lining, damper, trolley, combustion system, piping and automatic pressure control system, automatic furnace pressure control system and smoke removal system, sealing device, automatic system with electrical equipment and computer. The complete set of equipmen is realized on a “turnkey” basis .
