Bogie-hearth Furnace is mainly designed for quenching, tempering and annealing, the working temperature is between 450-1400.
Design features:
Heating is carried out from five sides, the heating uniformity is better, the speed is higher.
The door of the furnace is raised using a motor or hydraulic drive, automatic remote control, the operation is more convenient and safe.
The trolley is driven by a front reducer， easy to repair, convenient for remote control.
Full fiber thermal insulation is more energy-saving than ordinary refractory bricks, by more than 30%, especially suitable for a quenching furnace, which requires rapid heating, fire-resistant fiber absorbs little heat, but has a high insulating capacity, allowing just an hour to achieve the working temperature in the chamber .
The denser design of the metal base of the furnace ensures long-term use of the equipment, eliminating the need to replace high-wear parts, reducing equipment maintenance costs and the scale of equipment investment.
With the use of a new type of electrical resistance heater, it is very convenient for replacement and repair.
Temperature control is carried out using digital PID adjustment, it is possible to control the temperature in several zones upon the customer's request, temperature control is more accurate, not more than ± 3.
Additional computer control systems will make operation and data processing easier.
