The commissioned vertical quenching furnace features optimizations in the chamber structure, heating system, and circulating air duct, maintaining temperature uniformity of ±5℃. This meets the stringent requirements for high-performance aluminum alloy heat treatment in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and mechanical equipment. Through precisely controlled temperature curves, the equipment ensures a stable aluminum alloy solution heat treatment process, guaranteeing material structural uniformity.
The equipment utilizes a vertical lifting structure and a high-speed lowering mechanism, allowing the workpiece to enter the quenching medium in the shortest possible time after exiting the furnace, achieving a quenching transfer time of ≤15 seconds.
