System Configuration:The system consists of a vertical air-circulation heating furnace, a quenching water tank, a basket lifting mechanism, a door opening/closing system, a trolley movement system, a temperature control system, and a PLC automatic control system. The entire system features high automation and stable interlocked operation, ensuring a seamless transition from heating and transfer to water quenching.
