This series of pressure vessel gas heat treatment furnaces are heated by natural gas, and is mainly suitable for heat treatment of large shafts, forgings, cast steel parts, pressure vessels, and large welded parts such as metallurgy, machinery, and chemical equipment heat treatment industries.
Features:
1. The combustion medium is heated by natural gas, which is fully burned, pollution-free, and has a fast heating speed. The maximum service temperature can reach 650-1200℃. The flue gas emission complies with the 'GB9078-88 Industrial Kiln Smoke Layer Emission Standard';
2. The furnace lining adopts alumina ceramic fiber module structure, the furnace lining has small heat storage, low heat loss, and significant energy saving;
3. High-speed pulse burners are used for heating, and they are distributed on both sides. Continuous proportional adjustment of combustion, the actuator adjusts the air volume, and the gas volume is adjusted through a proportional valve. When the air-fuel ratio is reached, the gas and air volume are provided with a lower limit limit, and a control solenoid valve is provided on the gas pipe of each burner. Each burner is equipped with an independent and complete combustion controller, with automatic ignition, flame detection, and fire extinguishing alarm automatically cut off. This fully ensures the stability and safety of the combustion temperature control system.
4. Use of waste heat: Preheat the hot air temperature of the air pipe to 250-300℃ through a heat exchanger, and then send it into the furnace, saving a lot of gas consumption and production costs;
5. The furnace door of the gas heating furnace adopts a high-aluminum full-fiber refractory wire blanket and heat-resistant steel combined frame structure, electric hoist lifts and lowers, and the furnace door sealing mechanism adopts a long and short lever spring-type automatic compression cam mechanism (optional electric cylinder compression device) and a soft-side sealing device. Ensure frictionlessness, ease, safety and reliability.
6. The trolley refractory masonry adopts a high-aluminum fixed brick structure, which has good sealing effect with the furnace body and high pressure resistance. The trolley surface is shelved for stacking workpieces. The trolley frames are all made of heat-resistant steel to ensure that the body does not deform and durability. The sealing block of the furnace body and the furnace lining is automatically pressed by the automatic push rod (or cylinder), and the opening and closing of the side and seals are connected to the furnace truck in and out.
