Recently, our company successfully dispatched an RT5 Bogie Hearth Resistance Furnace with a working dimension of 2000×2000×1500mm. The equipment will be deployed at the customer's production site, primarily undertaking critical process tasks such as pre-quenching heating and tempering heat treatment, providing strong support for improving heat treatment quality and production automation.
The RT5 bogie hearth furnace delivered this time incorporates several advanced design concepts. Working in synergy with a complete temperature control system and electronic control system, it enables fully automated control over the heating process, heating rates, and various mechanical actions, effectively ensuring process stability and product consistency.
In terms of energy saving and structure, the equipment utilizes new all-fiber insulation materials. Compared to the traditional RT3 series, the overall energy-saving efficiency has increased by more than 15%. Regarding user experience, it features a full-Chinese touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) with an intuitive layout. Additionally, a power regulator (SCR) is used for power adjustment to meet the high standards of modern factories for power quality and operational safety.
