Recently, a series of Bogie-hearth resistance furnaces exported by our company to Vietnam successfully completed commissioning and testing.
The testing was conducted according to the American AMS2750H standard, using a 9-point temperature measurement method. All measuring instruments were of 0.1 accuracy and had undergone testing. During the test, the furnace circulating fan operated continuously, the furnace temperature control was stable, and the temperature uniformity met the expected requirements.
The equipment is also equipped with a side-sealing structure and a complete set of safety interlocks. The furnace door cannot be opened if the side seal is not properly released, effectively improving the safety of equipment operation.
Currently, the commissioning and testing of the equipment has been completed. The equipment is operating stably and performing well, providing a reliable guarantee for subsequent delivery and use.
