On October 30, 2026, our factory successfully produced and shipped a large forklift-type resistance furnace. This equipment is primarily used for the solution heat treatment of large stainless steel pipes, providing customers with heat treatment solutions for large-size, high-temperature, and rapidly transferable workpieces.
This equipment has an effective width of 9 meters, a furnace depth of 2.5 meters, and a height of 1.5 meters. It is equipped with a 25-ton forklift, capable of simultaneously loading two stainless steel pipes with a diameter of approximately 1.2 meters, meeting the batch heat treatment needs of large pipes.
The equipment's maximum operating temperature reaches 1250℃, heating the stainless steel pipes to approximately 1180℃. After the heating and holding process, the high-temperature workpiece is quickly removed from the furnace using the forklift, and then transported to a water tank for water cooling within 45 seconds, meeting the rapid cooling requirements of stainless steel pipe solution treatment.
The equipment utilizes a forklift loading and unloading system. The furnace body and furnace door work in tandem, with a large forklift enabling workpiece loading and unloading operations. This meets the load-bearing requirements of large workpieces while improving operational efficiency during production.
The successful delivery of this equipment demonstrates our factory's manufacturing capabilities in large-scale industrial resistance furnaces, forklift-type resistance furnaces, and stainless steel solution heat treatment equipment.
