Recently, our company officially launched its rotating Vertical aluminum alloy quenching furnace. This equipment adopts an innovativeVertical aluminum alloy quenchingsealed heating and in-situ flipping rapid water immersion design. It can be combined with a tempering furnace to form a one-quench-one-temper heat treatment production line, suitable for solution treatment and quenching and tempering processes of materials such as high manganese steel and stainless steel, providing customers with efficient, energy-saving, and stable heat treatment solutions.
After the workpiece is loaded, the loading cart moves to the bottom of the furnace hood, which lowers to create a sealed heating space. This eliminates the need for a traditional furnace door, resulting in better insulation and higher thermal energy utilization. The maximum operating temperature of the quenching furnace can reach 1200℃. After heating, the furnace hood is quickly raised, and the loading cart can be flipped in place without leaving the furnace body, and then rapidly immersed in water for quenching within 30 seconds, effectively shortening the furnace exit time and ensuring heat treatment quality.
The quenched workpiece then enters the matching tempering furnace for tempering treatment. The tempering furnace has a usable area of 4 × 1.5 m and a maximum operating temperature of 750℃. Combined with the self-contained rotating Vertical aluminum alloy quenching furnace, it can complete a complete one-quench-one-temper heat treatment process.
Compared to traditional trolley-type tilting furnaces, the Vertical aluminum alloy quenching furnace utilizes an in-situ tilting design, allowing for rapid quenching without removing the entire vehicle from the furnace. This not only improves production efficiency but also reduces energy consumption, representing an innovative upgrade in heat treatment processes.
